Linn launched her recruiting career in Sweden, learning the ropes from her parents at their Stockholm-based firm. During her M.B.A. studies at Tulane University, she identified a gap in the U.S. market for specialized skilled trades recruiters and founded Bemana. As CEO of Bemana, Linn is dedicated to creating a people-focused company with the goal of achieving the perfect alignment between companies and candidates.
An accomplished golfer, Linn competed for both Tulane and the Swedish National Team. She enjoys hitting the links with friends, family, and clients, and cherishes time spent with her children, Oliver, Henrik, and Emilia.
Keely spearheads Bemana’s recruiting efforts in the Power Generation sector and oversees a team of recruiters across all of Bemana’s practice areas. She earned her Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University. For Keely, the most fulfilling part of her role is enhancing the careers of both candidates and team members.
Outside of work, Keely loves spending time outdoors, socializing with friends and family, and refurbishing antique furniture.
Emily leads Bemana’s recruiting efforts in the Electric Motor, Pump, & Apparatus, and Cranes, Hoists, & Rigging industries. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Louisiana State University and a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University.
Emily is known for her personal touch in connecting with both clients and candidates. One candidate praised her, saying, “Working with Emily Merkel was a real pleasure. Outside of work, Emily enjoys exploring new local restaurants and traveling (preferably without flying).
Madison specializes in recruiting engineering, technical, and managerial talent across all of Bemana’s practice areas and manages a team of recruiters. She provides clients with expert advice on best hiring practices to ensure a top-notch candidate experience.
Madison holds a B.S. in Management and an MBA from the University of New Orleans. She finds great satisfaction in advocating for exceptional candidates and facilitating life-changing career opportunities. As one candidate noted, “Madison was extremely helpful and always had my best interests in mind. She kept me well-informed and engaged with the hiring company.”
In her free time, Madison enjoys baking, traveling, and spending quality moments with her family.
Joe drives Bemana’s business development and growth strategies while collaborating with key clients to address their most pressing recruiting challenges. He earned his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans, where he also played baseball. Prior to joining Bemana, Joe spent five years practicing law, representing energy and industrial companies across the U.S.
In his free time, Joe enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with his wife and three children: Oliver, Henrik, and Emilia.
Marcelle is dedicated to helping individuals find the ideal career path in the power generation, infrastructure, and facilities industries. She earned her B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Louisiana State University and spent five years as a kindergarten teacher before transitioning into recruiting. With her background in education and her innate ability to connect with people, Marcelle has become a highly effective recruiter, matching candidates with positions that align with their skills and interests.
Outside of work, Marcelle is an avid reader, enjoys exploring new destinations through travel, and loves attending LSU football games with her husband, Rory.
Alex is a highly motivated recruiter with a passion for connecting managers and skilled professionals in the industrial and manufacturing sectors with career advancement opportunities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration and an MBA from the University of New Orleans. Prior to becoming a recruiter, Alex gained valuable experience in hospitality and SaaS sales roles, which sharpened her skills in building strong relationships and understanding the unique needs of candidates. Her natural communication talent and genuine interest in people make her adept at navigating the job market to find the ideal match for both candidates and employers.
