We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations in a mission-critical facility for our client.
This role is responsible for managing inventory, receiving and validating deliveries, maintaining the facility, and ensuring all equipment is properly packaged and tested before deployment. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to facility maintenance, and experience in warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
- Receive, inspect, and validate deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain an organized inventory system for quick and efficient retrieval of equipment.
- Package, test, and prepare equipment for deployment according to company standards.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Facilities Management:
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance of HVAC systems and other facility equipment.
- Coordinate facility repairs and upgrades as needed to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Monitor building security, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in improving warehouse and logistics workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to maintain facility and warehouse operations.
- Maintain records of equipment, deliveries, and facility maintenance schedules.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in warehouse or facilities management, preferably in a mission-critical environment.
- Strong attention to detail when inspecting deliveries and maintaining inventory.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with HVAC systems and facility maintenance is a plus.
- Forklift certification preferred
