We are recruiting for a leading manufacturer of domestic water booster systems and pumping packages, seeking a skilled Technical Support Technician to join their team. This role is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise while providing exceptional support to our valued customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, text, and video calls (Zoom/Facetime).
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions with clear and concise communication.
  • Be available for service calls and troubleshooting during manageable and reasonable hours, ensuring our customers receive timely assistance.
  • Safely navigate mechanical rooms when necessary, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
  • Handle warranty claims and customer returns efficiently, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
  • Manage desk transactions including quotations, lead times, return materials, packing slips, sales acknowledgements, and emails.
  • Occasionally travel (1-3 times/month) on an as-needed basis to provide in-person support or training.
