Job Duties
- Support service team in the field during overflow emergency situations
- Collaborate with sales team on special projects
- Provide direct supervision for projects to ensure proper execution of services
- Coordinate equipment rental projects (generators, load banks, etc.)
- Ensure service team adheres to training standards to include safety policies and procedures
- Resolve personnel issues with the assistance of human resources
- Assist in the annual budget process by forecasting operating expenses
Requirements:
- Previous management experience preferred
- Previous management experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers license
- Previous experience working on standby generators and related equipment up to 2 MW
- Read and understand technical manuals, as well as be able to troubleshoot and repair diesel generators.
