Bemana is searching for a Microgrid Project Manager to join a team that has installed power generation projects across the globe. The Microgrid Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating energy projects from conception to completion. This role is central to the successful implementation and delivery of Microgrid initiatives that promote sustainable energy solutions.
The Microgrid Project Manager will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, installation teams, and regulatory bodies, to ensure that projects adhere to technical specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Additionally, the Microgrid Project Manager will guide project teams, facilitating communication, and proactively address any challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Position Offers
- $125,000–$150,000 base salary. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the permitting, planning, execution, and completion of solar energy projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and project schedules.
- Effectively manage resources and resolve any on-site challenges to prevent project delays.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the viability of solar energy projects.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and assessments to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assess and monitor the financial viability of each project by estimating project costs, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring project financial compliance.
Experience:
- A minimum of five years of project or construction management experience, preferably in microgrid and renewable energy sectors.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as MS Project, Asana, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Strong understanding of power generation, solar technologies and energy regulations.
- Must possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices.
- Detailed-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office suite.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
