Bemana is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join the team of a growing power solutions company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing technical support for our range of transformers and switchgear products. You will serve as a vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for transformers and low to medium voltage switchgear.
  • Technical Support:
    Offer expert guidance on product selection, application, and installation, ensuring that customers are well-informed and confident in their choices.
  • Sales Development:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling products, to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Project Coordination:
    Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to oversee the implementation of solutions and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Market Research:
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends for management review.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, technical sales, or application engineering, preferably in the electrical equipment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of transformers and switchgear products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and project sites.
