BENEFITS:
- Pay: $100k – $110k/year base salary. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and pipeline progress.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 5+ years in industrial sales experience, preferably in the petrochemical, refinery or other related industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- High energy and enthusiasm.
