Bemana is recruiting an Air Compressor Service Manager to join a reputable power generation company in the Evansville, IN area.
Responsibilities:
- Schedules and dispatches technicians, equipment, and service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, and needs.
- Direct service team with determining answers to customer issues; resolve escalated customer issues
- Provide progress reports in order to improve service team satisfaction and efficiency
- Create work orders and prepare invoicing
- Support developing a scalable process and ensure the service team adheres to it correctly
- Must be highly organized and a great communicator
