Operations Supervisor
As an Operations Supervisor, you will leverage your leadership skills to coordinate and direct the overall delivery of quality service to maximize branch productivity. By working closely with the Branch Manager, you will provide the supervision needed to ensure safety, performance, and operational efficiency while contributing to world-class sales and customer service support.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives and drive overall branch performance.
- Monitor branch metrics by analyzing key performance indicators, identifying root causes of issues, and providing coaching and feedback to staff for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including processing rental quotations, reservations, and contracts.
- Maximize operational effectiveness by ensuring that staff are trained on the Rental Flow Process and maintaining cost controls to drive profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities, including opening/closing the branch, cash drawer reconciliation, and managing bank deposits.
- Motivate, coach, and develop staff to ensure a high level of performance, engagement, and professional growth.
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability through leadership, clear communication, and exemplary personal compliance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of sales and operational experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
