Bemana is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic leader to join our client to lead their Power Generation/Industrial business segment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various stakeholders, connecting with people, from technicians to board members, and driving the company’s growth and success through your entrepreneurial drive and expertise in commercial processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership to a multi-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to industrial equipment and services.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plans.
  • Effectively communicate the company’s vision, goals, and performance to various stakeholders through presentations, reports, and other communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Exhibit a proactive and innovative mindset to identify new business opportunities, drive growth, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Assist in managing the company’s finances, identifying ways to increase revenue and decrease costs, analyzing financial reports, and preparing operating budgets.
  • Oversee and optimize commercial processes, including sales, pricing, contract negotiations, and project management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the power generation and industrial equipment and services sector, with a track record of success in progressively senior roles.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Sound understanding of commercial processes, including sales, pricing, contract negotiations, customer relationship and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about new technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage insights for effective decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, industrial management) is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
